It appears from the records that adjournment was sought for on November 22, 2021 at the instance of the petitioners, which was granted and the matter was fixed for hearing today. In view of such circumstances, we are unable to grant adjournment to the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offences, the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that one person died, we are unable to grant any of the petitioners anticipatory bail. Consequently, CRM No.5457 of 2021 is dismissed. [Debangsu Basak, J] [Bibhas Ranjan De, J]
