The petitioner is aggrieved that his daughter has been kidnapped.

The Debra Police Station has filed a report dated 18.05.2023, which is taken on record.

The Debra Police started making enquiries on May 15, 2023.

The petitioner has stated that he and his wife were assaulted on April 24, 2023.

The Debra Police investigated the petitioner's complaint and found cognizable offence and registered FIR being Debra PS Case No. 260 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

The subject FIR must the investigated and final report must be submitted before the

Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of 2 months from date mandatorily and positively.

The police received a petition on the 15th of may, 2023 from the missing girl Muskan Khatun that her date of birth is December 20, 2004. She left the house of the petitioner/her father voluntarily because he was forcing her to get married to one Sk. Jane Alam. The missing girl was in love with one Sk. Injamul. She has married Sk. Injamul and is living happily with her husband and inlaws. 9.

The allegation of the petitioner and the urgency shown in the writ petition, is utterly baseless. The writ petition is thoroughly misconceived, based on suppression of material facts and this Court has been misled into listing this matter on urgent basis.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.

8,500/- payable by the petitioner to the Debra Police.
