It is not in dispute that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Corporation has cancelled the said mutation order and issued a fresh mutation order. In that view of the matter, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 13583 of 2024 is disposed of. It is made clear that further mutation of the assessment records shall be done in accordance with law after giving due notice upon all the parties. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
