The petitioners seek consideration of their representations dated April 5, 2021 and March 27, 2023.

Without entering into the merits of the said representations, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Officer-onSpecial Duty, Assessment Department, Howrah Municipal Corporation to consider the aforesaid representations in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the aforesaid representations to the

respondent no. 3 at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

It will open for all the parties to rely upon all documents in support of their respective stand at the time of hearing.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
