1) Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2) Petitioner made an application for transfer on general ground (distance) on 7th April, 2022 on Utsashree portal, which was sent back by the school authority where petitioner is presently working on 7th September, 2022 to the petitioner.

3) Petitioner prays for leave to file fresh application for transfer since after preferring last application on 7th April, 2022 on portal, same was not processed by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) as the transfer application was sent back to the petitioner. 4) Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

5) As application for transfer was made on 7th April, 2022, after lapse of three years it ought not to be revived. Therefore, no order needs to be passed on this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to take steps based on said transfer application dated 7th April, 2022.

6) Hence, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to make an application for transfer in prescribed pro-forma afresh. If transfer application is made, same shall be considered by the concerned respondent authorities, in accordance with law, within reasonable time.

7) Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
