The contempt application appeared before this Court for the first time on September 3, 2021, when necessary direction was made.

Today, the alleged contemnors/respondents are represented through Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, learned advocate appearing with Ms. Sangita Roy, learned advocate.

The applicant is also represented through Mr. Timir Baran Saha, learned advocate. Mr. Mahata, learned advocate submits that the order has already been complied with and a reasoned decision dated September 16, 2021 has also been communicated to the applicant. However, a copy of the said decision and the compliance report is also handed over today, in course of hearing, to Mr. Timir Baran Saha, learned advocate representing the applicant.

The compliance report dated September 17, 2021 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District along with a copy of the reasoned order dated

September 16, 2021 is also placed before this Court and the same is kept on record.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 593 of 2021 in WPA 10576 of 2020 stands dropped and disposed of accordingly.
