Petitioners have restricted their submissions for appearance before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Calcutta in connection with CS/13537 of 2024. Petitioner nos.2 and 3 are residents of Delhi. So far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned, the same is the company.

Learned Magistrate will allow the petitioner no.1/company to be represented through the authorised agent/representative. So far as the petitioner nos.2 and 3 are concerned, since they are staying at far of places, learned Magistrate on an application under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure will after being satisfied regarding the parameters being covered, dispense with the personal appearance and without insisting on any physical appearance before the court on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate deems fit ad proper. If the application under Section 205 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed, the same would be disposed of at the earliest by the learned Magistrate. So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioners are

granted liberty to take up the issues in course of the trial of the case. With the aforesaid observations CRR 1970 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
