1. This appeal is against the order dated 13th August, 2021 dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant on the ground that it was premature. While dismissing the writ petition liberty was given to the appellant/writ petitioner to approach a court of competent jurisdiction.

2. In the event any decision is taken by the Research Designs and Standard Organization, Lucknow, we find no error in the order passed by the learned Writ Court for interference.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
