The warrant of arrest under challenge is of the year 2011 relate to a case being Bagda P. S. Case No. 151 of 2010 dated 04-06-2010. The learned Magistrate in seisin of the aforesaid police station case would check the records and if he finds that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail, he would consider the changed circumstances and in case he is of the opinion that the petitioner should be released on bail then in that case, the learned Magistrate would direct for furnishing a bond which should be title deed of a property within the jurisdiction of 24 Parganas(N). The aforesaid order would be effective till 30th May, 2024. If the petitioner do not appear before the court by 30th May, 2024, the learned Magistrate would issue harsher process of law, if already not issued, by adhering to section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1971 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
