1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Petitioner made an application for transfer on medical ground on 19th August, 2021 based on which certain steps were taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools as well as the school authority. From a document at page 28 it transpires that transfer application was forwarded to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission far back on 15th September, 2021 and writ petition is filed on 30th May, 2025, more than three years after such steps were taken. There is no plausible explanation of delay in

approaching this Court after a period of three years.

3. Considering delay occurred in approaching this Court it is found not apt to give directions upon the respondent authorities for processing the transfer application which was made on 19th August, 2021.

4. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

5. However, leave is granted to the petitioner to make application for transfer in prescribed format and if such application for transfer is made it is expected that concerned respondent authorities shall take steps in accordance with law within reasonable time.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
