Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner as that of Arsad Momin who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1218 of 2026.

Having considered the same, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on Arsad Momin in CRM (NDPS) 1218 of 2026.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Jahedul Sk] is Allowed.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1293 of 2026 is allowed. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
