The report reflects that a supplementary charge-sheet dated 16.06.2013 has been submitted before the learned Special Court. The test report which was awaiting allegedly reflects codeine phosphate.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that the next date has been fixed on 1st July, 2023. Since the supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court and the petitioner is in custody since 27th December, 2022, I direct the learned Special Court to complete the stage of consideration of charges on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter. Learned trial Court thereafter would fix a schedule consisting of three dates. Such schedule be fixed once in every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time. No adjournment should be granted to either of the parties.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would produce the materials, exhibits and documents on the date fixed for the examination of witnesses.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1906 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
