Ghosh Mr. Arindam Sen ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the minor victim girl to forcible penetrative sexual assault, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail at this stage. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.
