3. The petitioner prays for consideration of his onetime settlement proposal filed before the bank on 16th April, 2025.

4. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the authorized officer of the HDFC Bank to take steps in response to the petitioner's representation in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The fate of the petitioner's representation shall be made known to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
