As pointed out by the learned advocate, representing the petitioner, the following errors have been identified in the order, which need to be rectified.

a) In the last line of the first page of the order the word 'Writ' has been erroneously recorded in place and stead of 'written';

b) In the 9th line of the second page of the order the figure '13.8' has been erroneously recorded in place and stead of '13.08';

c) In the 8th line of the first paragraph of third page of the order the word 'LHG-1997' has been erroneously recorded in place and stead of 'LHG-197';

d) In the 4th line of the second paragraph of third page of the order the word 'civic volunteer' has been

erroneously recorded in place and stead of 'home guard';

e) In the 7th line of the last paragraph of fifth page of the order the word 'no.3' has been erroneously recorded in place and stead of 'no.6';

f) In the 1st line of the sixth page of the order the figure '38.35' has been erroneously recorded in place and stead of '35';
