The petitioner seeks transfer on spouse medical ground. The report of the MSVP, Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital, Berhampore, Murshidabad dated 23rd September, 2025 has been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad. 2.

It appears therefrom that the patient requires ongoing care and support from others while she is ill.

The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) is directed to forward all the medical documents of the spouse of the petitioner to the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking an appropriate decision in the matter at the earliest but

positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Secretary of the Commission, on receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) shall pass a final order in the matter within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.). 5.

The fate of the application of the petitioner shall be made known.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
