Roy .... for the West Bengal Information Commission The present writ petition has been preferred challenging the order of the first appellate authority under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 dated 5th March, 2021.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the appellate authority has recalled the order dated 5th March, 2021 by the subsequent orders dated 1st April, 2024 and 24th April, 2025. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the appeal vide No. 945(A) of 2021, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, has already been disposed of. Documents as produced by Mr. Panda, learned advocate, is taken on record.

In view of such submission advanced by the learned advocate representing the petitioners, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of as infructuous. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
