Learned counsel appearing for the State relies on the report filed on behalf of the State as also the case diary and submits as follows. A charge-sheet dated 14.10.2023 has already been submitted mentioning the said Gopa Roy as one of the accused. However, she is shown as an absconder .
Let the prosecution take appropriate steps to secure the attendance of absconding accused. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of the charge-sheet, he shall be at liberty to file protest petition before the learned Trial Court.
No further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
