It appears from the submissions made by the counsel as well as the materials on record that the petitioner has sought for permission to hold a Goat Bazar before the General Commanding Officer. The application is also copied to the Joint Commissioner of Police.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the police will have to issue a No Objection Certificate after which the other authorities will follow.

The order of rejection of the Commanding Officer states that the venue is not available since other applications are already pending for consideration. The permission relates to holding of a Goat Bazar for Eid-

Uz-Zoha, 2022 which is scheduled to be held from 2nd July, 2022.

WPA 11832 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply before the Joint Commissioner of Police. The Joint Commissioner of Police shall dispose of the application within 30th June, 2022. If the petitioner is found to be eligible for permission, the other authorities shall ensure that the petitioner can hold the Goat Bazar from 2nd July, 2022 for the purpose of Eid-Uz-Zoha, 2022. The conditions imposed on the petitioner in WPA 8747 of 2022 shall remain same.
