Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' grievance is that the learned Tribunal has kept the applications filed in connection with the original application bearing O.A. 922 of 2025 (LRTT) pending since long.

In view of the above submission and upon perusal of the records, WPLRT 104 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the Second Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of M.A. 850 of 2025 on the next date fixed, that is, July 31, 2026 and thereafter, subject to the outcome of the same, to take up for hearing M.A. 454 of 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as the business of the Tribunal permits, preferably within four weeks thereafter.

There will be no order as to costs.
