1. Inadvertently typographical error crept in judgment dated 02.02.2026.

2. In the 1st line of 22nd paragraph of the judgment dated 02.02.2026 it was erroneously recorded as 'The petitioner be immediately restored to his service, if not already attained the age of superannuation'.

3. Let the sentence 'The petitioner be immediately restored to his service, if not already attained the age of superannuation' be deleted and the sentence "The petitioner had by virtue of the earlier order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court had been re-instated" be incorporated.

4. The last sentence of paragraph No. 22 of the judgment dated 02.02.2026 shall be read as " since the petitioner has not yet been retired from service, he is not entitled to any retiral benefits as of date".

5. Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
