Sankar Chandra Pal Mr. Indrajit Chattopadhyay......for the petitioner Mr. Indrajit Chattopadhyay, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the advocate on record has already been joined the West Bengal Judicial Service. Perused the contentions of the petition as well as the impugned order dated 24.8.2010.

The petitioner was present in court at the time of framing of charge and the substance of the charge was read over and explained to him that he had pleaded not guilty of his offence "Ami Nirdosh" and claimed to be tried. The petitioner having gone through the process of framing charge and claiming to be tried thereafter has filed the instant revisional application being aggrieved against it. This court finds that the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or impropriety and as such this court is not inclined to interfere with the same and accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J. )
