And In the matter of : Boby Mukherjee ...... petitioner Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, Mr. Sauradeep Dutta, Mr. S. K. Mondal, Mr. Arpayan Mukherjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Roy, Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya ....for the State Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, petitioner was involved in the introducing the victim to a person who took money from the victim on the promise of granting job. Role of the petitioner requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1686 of 2024 is disposed of.
