Her application for general transfer is pending before the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 4 herein. The said representation is appearing at page 24 of the writ petition.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from date.

W.P.A. 12484 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited from the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
