1. Heard Mr. Rama Prasad Sarkar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Debabrata Chatterjee, learned Counsel for the State.

2. This petition for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2118 of 2023 arises out of Nadial Police Station Case No. 72 dated 02.05.2023 under Sections 341/324/506/379/34 IPC.

3. Considered the materials placed by learned Counsel for the parties including the statement of the witnesses and the injured persons.

4. There is omnibus allegation regarding snatching of a chain in course of fighting with and threatening to the members of informant party.

5. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, nature of allegation, and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in the event of their arrest on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case including the conditions that i) each of the petitioners shall appear before the I.O. once in a week on the day and time fixed by the I.O. till the submission of F.F.; ii) they shall not threaten, induce, coerce any of the witnesses including the informant in any manner whatsoever during the currency of this order.

6. Within three weeks of the receipt of server copy or certified copy of this order, each of the petitioners is directed to appear before the I.O along with a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
