Mr. Baidurya Ghosal, learned Counsel, appears and submits that he has filed a Vakalatnama, vide no. A4814 dated 25th March 2023 on behalf of the petitioner. The photocopy of the Vakalatnama has been forwarded to the Court, which is being kept on record. He further submits on instruction that in view of the subsequent events during pendency of the present revisional application, the same has become infructuous. In view of the above, the revisional application is dismissed as 'infructuous'.
