The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has initiated number of cases as a consequence of which his house was set ablaze. To that effect, already a case being Falta P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 has been registered for investigation.

I have considered the report submitted by Inspector-in-Charge, Falta Police Station, but the present grievance of the petitioner is that he is feeling insecure to enter at his residence. Having considered the insecurity expressed by the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to report to the office of the Additional S.P., Diamond Harbour Police District. The Additional S.P., Diamond Harbour Police District would ensure that the petitioner is able to enter his residence and the

factum of insecurity as expressed by the petitioner should be taken care of.

In case the petitioner, at any point of time, feels insecure, he will inform the office of the Additional S.P., Diamond Harbour Police District who would ensure through any officer deputed by him and take prompt action to resolve any inconveniences faced by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 12211 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
