The writ petitioner complains of the investigation into the FIR No.216/2021 dated 24th June 2021 under Sections 302, 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Ramnagar Police Station, Purba Medinipur addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that Ramnagar Police Station FRMF No.68/22 dated 27th March 2022 has been filed. Prior thereto Ramnagar Police Station FRMF No.10/22 dated 28th January 2022 was filed.

In view of the above, the petitioner may take appropriate steps against the FRMFs filed by the Ramnagar Police.

All reports of the police pertaining to the investigation into the FIR must be made available to the

counsel for the petitioner within a period of ten days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
