Petitioner apprehends that he may be taken into custody 14-05-2024 Subha Item no. 108 Ct no.34 in case he appears before the court of the learned ACJM, Arambag. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to appear and surrender before the court with all the medical documents. In case petitioner appears and surrenders before the court, learned ACJM, Arambag will consider his application for bail in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1980 of 2024 is disposed of.
