The present revisional application has been preferred challenging Misc. Execution Case No.165 of 2022 arising out of Misc. Case No.115 of 2015. The said case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Suri, Birbhum. Earlier, the revisional application appeared on 6th June, 2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today, when the matter has been called, an accommodation has been prayed for. The prayer for accommodation is refused on the ground that the present is a case where a lady is knocking the doors of the court since the year 2015 and there are two execution cases wherein it reflects that there are dues of Rs.76,000/- and Rs.19,000/- respectively. The present petitioner before this Court is evading the process of law depriving the opposite party of her dues.

Having regard to the subject matter of the revisional application, I have applied my mind and I find that there is no scope for interference regarding the merits of the case. Accordingly, CRR 1911 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
