The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at West Karanji Viyasagar High School, District : Purba Medinipur.

On attaining the age of superannuation, he has retired from his said service on March 31, 2023.

The petitioner is complaining delay in disbursement of his retiral benefits.

Ms. Mazumdar, learned Advocate for the State respondents submits that she has received instruction of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : Purba Medinipur, the respondent no.3 herein that the Pension Payment Order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and the concerned school has also granted the no-

liability certificate. She files copy of the said instruction, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in this matter.

WPA 13539 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
