In this writ petition the petitioner has alleged that seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe candidates in the all India National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - 2021 held in the year 2022 were allocated to candidates who do not belong to the Scheduled Tribe category. By referring at page 88 of the writ petition, it has been submitted that the candidates listed on the page, have been falsely described as Scheduled Tribe candidates.

The candidates, whose names are appearing at page 88, have not been made parties to the writ petition. I also find that the writ petition is not preceded by any demand of justice before the authorities.

For the aforesaid reasons, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, I make it clear that if the petitioner makes complaint before the appropriate authority, the said authority will investigate the allegations in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 12498 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
