None appears on behalf of the appellants, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. On 24th June, 2022, Mr. Gopal Chandra Ghosh, learned Counsel representing the appellants submitted that the disputes between the parties likely to be settled. Thereafter the matter appears on two several occasions. Mr. Ghosh has reiterated his submission on 26th July, 2022 that the parties have settled their disputes out of Court.

In view of the disputes likely to have been settled between the parties, we dismiss the second appeal for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the second appeal being SA 76 of 2022 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
