The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 12th December, 2001 passed in CO 16391 (W) of 1991. It appears that initially a Rule was issued on 25th July, 2003 against the alleged contemnor no.2, Md. Taslem Ali, Secretary, Managing Committee, Par-Raghunathpur Kamal High School and the alleged contemnor no.4, Sudhendu Ghosh, District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad. Subsequently, a further Rule was issued against the said alleged contemnor no.4 on 8th July, 2005 for partial non-compliance of the order for which the initial Rule was issued.

The matter appeared in the list on 22nd July, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter. Even today no one

appears in the contempt petition. No one has applied for joining in the virtual mode.

It appears that the parties are not interested to proceed further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of along with CAN 1 of 2005 without any further order.

Rules stand discharged accordingly.
