In compliance of the order of this court a meeting was held by the teacher-in-charge of the school and all members of the sponsored committee were present in the meeting and the panel was recast. After recasting the panel the petitioner, Sikha Karmakar, became the first candidate and hence she should be appointed as

Assistant Headmistress of the school. A copy of the resolution of the of meeting no. 42 dated 19.01.2022 along with the consolidated score sheet of the interview for appointment to the post of Assistant Headmaster which was held on 14.12.2014 has been produced by the teacher-in-charge of the school which is kept on record.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, I direct the school to take appropriate steps without making any further delay to send the said resolution and other necessary papers to the District Inspector of Schools so that the petitioner can get approval in the post. The entire thing starting from sending of the papers by the school to approval of the same by the concerned District Inspector of Schools is to be completed by six weeks from the date of sending of the papers. The school will send the papers by ten days from date keeping in mind that the grievance is pending since 2014.

With the above observation, the writ application being WPA 11404 of 2019 is disposed of.

In view of the order passed in WPA 11404 of 2019 the connected matter being WPA 1530 of 2019 has become infructuous and the said writ application is dismissed.
