The present application is for cancelling of bail so advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary of both the cases. In view of the materials appearing in the Case Diary, I am not inclined to interfere with the order granting bail.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police-in-Charge, Santipur Police Station would engage a lady Police Officer of his choice who would visit the residence of the victim twice a week and submit a report to the concerned Deputy Superintendent of Police regarding the availability of the victim and as to whether any threats or intimidation has occurred from the side of the accused who is related to both the cases arising out of Santipur Police Station.

With the aforesaid observation, CRM 5482 of 2021 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently dismissed.
