He submits that due to inadvertence he could not pray for being allowed to use the certified copy of the Tribunal's order dated 22nd May, 2025 passed in O.A. 274 of 2025, where the writ petition was withdrawn/not pressed on 20.06.2025.

We permit the learned counsel to use the certified copy.

The A.C.O is directed to hand over the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner on submission of photocopy of the same.
