In the order dated January 7, 2025, it was mentioned in the fifth line of the first paragraph that "a book" authored by the defendant/appellant was the genesis of the suit.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the appellant that the there were four books, which were the root of the cause of action of the suit.

Accordingly, the order dated January 7, 2025 stands corrected to the effect that the expression "a book" in the fifth line of the first paragraph thereof shall be read as "four books".

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated January 7, 2025.
