Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie show petitioner as one of the persons who was present at the place of occurrence and threw bombs resulting in death of the deceased.

In view of gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
