1. This Court heard the learned Advocate for the plaintiff petitioner. This Court has also perused the orders, which are under challenge before this Court. It appears to this Court that the grievance of the plaintiff/petitioner is that his application for injunction has not yet been disposed of thought the defendant has filed the written objection.

2. In view of such, while disposing the instant revisional application, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the injunction application as filed by the plaintiff in Title Suit No. 69 of 2020 positively within the last day of July 2025 after giving due opportunity of hearing both to the plaintiff/petitioner and the defendant/opposite party.

3. The time limit as fixed by this Court is mandatory and/or peremptory.

4. Learned Advocate-on-Record for the plaintiff/petitioner is hereby requested to communicate the server copy of the order to the learned Trial Court as well as to the defendants and/or their learned Advocate-on-Record in the Trial Court.

5. The learned Trial Court is hereby directed to act on the server copy of this order.

6. The department is directed to forward a server copy

of this order to the learned District Judge, North 24Parganas, Barasat who on receipt of the same shall see that the order as passed by the Court is duly complied with.

7. With the aforementioned observation, the revisional application is disposed of.
