Learned advocate appearing for the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education submits that there is a provision of post publication scrutiny which the petitioner availed and there was no change of marks after the post publication scrutiny.

The petitioner filed post publication scrutiny application has been admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioner

as there is no question of any reassessment of answers given by one examinee.

I hold that there is no merit in the writ application and the same is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
