1. This Court has heard learned advocate for the petitioner, learned advocate for the State at length.

2. On careful consideration of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials available in the Case Diary this Court finds that in course of investigation sufficient incriminating materials have been collected by the Investigating Officer.

3. It reveals further that from the present accused petitioner a substantial quantity of currency allegedly involved in the alleged dacoity has been seized.

4. Considering the serious nature of the crime the prayer for bail is rejected.

With the aforementioned observation the CRM (M) 557 of 2025, is disposed of.
