Petitioner complains that a second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is yet to be decided. None appears for the respondents despite service. Since a second appeal is yet to be decided, it would be appropriate to request the second appellate authority to consider and decide the second appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order to such authority. WPA 13189 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
