Having heard the learned counsel for the State, this Court directs that the order dated May 17, 2023 passed in WPA 12172 of 2023 shall mutatis mutandis apply to all offices of the 2nd floor of the building and the tenants and/or occupants thereat.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Hare Street Police Station dated 18.05.2023 is kept with the record.

Let a photostat plain copy of this order duly countersigned by the Assistant Registrar (Court) be handed over to the counsels for the parties upon compliance with the all necessary formalities.
