It reveals that the present accused petitioner's is name is transpiring in the FIR. It further reveals that the name of the present accused petitioner transpires from the statements of the witnesses as recorded in course of the investigation. 4.

It appears soon after the alleged crime the present accused petitioner was caught read handed by the local people within the vicinity of the place of the crime.

Considering the seriousness of the nature of crime the prayer for bail is rejected.

With the aforementioned observation the CRM (M) 559 of 2025, is disposed of.
