Mr. Tamal Taru Panda .......for the petitioner Mr. Sourav Mitra, Mr. Suman Dey ..for the WBCSSC Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client's application for transfer after being returned by the HOI, was withdrawn on the advice of the M.C. It is submitted that the petitioner was never informed that he is hit by the Single Teacher Rule.

Since the said Rule is no longer relevant or applicable to transfer applications, the petitioner may apply afresh in the Utsashree portal for transfer.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
