Ms. Sanjana Saha ....for the State Bank account of the petitioner was used for the purpose of depositing the siphoned money from unsuspecting customer of the bank.

Complicity of the petitioner requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1689 of 2024 is disposed of.
