Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that other co-accuseds were granted bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the police case is of October 21, 2019. The petitioners were absconding. The charge sheet was submitted showing the petitioners as absconding. Considering the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners and considering the long absconsion of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 3030 of 2022 is dismissed.
