(Civil) courses at Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College, Purulia. The petitioner submits that out of eight class assessments of fourth semester examination, he participated in four class assessments. However, due to illness and some other personal reason, he could not participate in other four class assessments. It has, however, been submitted that the documents pertaining to his class assessment could not be uploaded on the university portal by the college due to some technical problems.

The college is not represented. Therefore, This Court is not in a position to ascertain the factual aspects. Since it has been submitted that the petitioner is the sole student who has been selected in campus interview for appointment, keeping in the mind, the future of the student, I dispose of the writ petition directing the

Principal of the relevant college, respondent no. 2 to personally meet the Vice-Chancellor of the University within three days from date and resolve the issue with his intervention.

It is expected that the Vice-Chancellor of the University shall use his discretion to protect the best interest of the petitioners within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner will be at liberty to communicate this order to the respondents.

WPA 12520 of 2023 is disposed of.
