Shamimuddin ... for the private respondent(s) Pursuant to the earlier direction passed by this Court on 21.04.2025, the Officer-in-charge of Tiljala Police Station has submitted a report wherein it has been contended that the post mortem examination report along with Forensic Medicine and Toxicology report was sought for and, finally, an opinion regarding death has been opined by the doctors. The investigation of the case is at the fag end and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. would be filed very soon before

the jurisdictional court being the learned ACJM, Alipore.

Having considered the report so submitted and the grievance initially expressed by the petitioner, at this stage, I am of the view that no interference can be made by this Court.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after all the documents are received by the petitioner subsequent to the submission of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. for ventilating her grievances.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13565 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
